Blizzard has spoken on there rule for banning; "If a player is found to be cheating--or using hacks, bots, or third-party software that provides any sort of unfair advantage--that player will be permanently banned from the game. Full stop," For one i'm happy with this acknowledgement giving no second chances to hackers/cheaters is awesome! and having added the comment that just because players are getting rekted in a game doesn't nercessarly mean the oppentant is hacking it could just be they are much higher skilled. (Go Blizzard!) However I do have a concern about false postivies hopefully Blizzard double checks bugs/errors before banning someone.
